Does ProjectFlow replace ServiceM8?
No. ServiceM8 remains the main system for jobs, scheduling, field work and forms. ProjectFlow connects to ServiceM8 and gives your office team a live table and document automation layer for managing larger groups of related jobs.
Can ProjectFlow sync existing ServiceM8 jobs?
Yes. ProjectFlow can sync existing ServiceM8 jobs and group them by custom field, client, category or another identifier so the office team can manage related work from one table.
Can it bulk upload jobs from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Spreadsheet columns can be mapped into selected ServiceM8 fields, including job details, addresses, contacts, custom fields and site information.
Do users have to start from a spreadsheet upload?
No. ProjectFlow can also sync and group existing ServiceM8 jobs. Bulk upload is useful when a new client, project or contract starts with a spreadsheet of work orders.
Can it use ServiceM8 statuses or custom fields?
Yes. ProjectFlow can show ServiceM8 job statuses and custom fields in the table so teams can view and update familiar workflow information without opening each job individually.
Can it create custom workflow statuses?
Yes. Teams can add ProjectFlow workflow fields and dropdowns for internal stages such as awaiting forms, forms checked, ready for documents, ready to invoice, processed or batched.
Can it set requirements by status?
Yes. Forms, photos, documents, statuses or job information can be treated as requirements before work moves into the next processing stage or batch.
Can it track ServiceM8 forms?
Yes. ProjectFlow can track required forms, completed forms, missing forms and form responses. Form data can also be used for document generation.
Can it generate PDFs and documents?
Yes. ProjectFlow can populate existing PDF or Google Doc templates, and it can also generate dynamic PDFs from mapped job, client, site, custom field and form response data.
Can it save documents back to ServiceM8?
Yes. Generated documents can be saved back to the relevant ServiceM8 job where supported by the workflow. They can also be saved into Google Drive folders.
Can it create and track batches?
Yes. ProjectFlow can help teams define what makes a job ready to batch, create batches, view batches from the live table and export clean CSV files for the next step.
Can it export data?
Yes. Project views and completed batches can be exported as CSV files for clients, providers, finance teams, portals or internal processing.
